Am I really this technologically-redarded???

So, we started a new project thursday and it sounds like it's gonna be really awesome. I'm very excited about it and excited to learn how to do it. I'm using the picture of the cars that I've included in my blog. I didn't really want to do a car because almost everyone in the class was; however, prof. Speyers said that they are what turned out best. I think my project will turn out very good because it is very colorful.

Word

Tuesday, we were given a new project to start on. The project consists of making a 4-fold brochure. We have to do the project in Word, which for me sucks. I haven't used Word in almost a year... All I really use is Pages because that's what's on my Mac. Anyways, even though Word has changed a lot since the last time I used it..it didn't take to long to catch on to. I'm doing my brochure on Paris, France. I am also going to use it in my French 102 class for an assignment. So, i'm killing two birds with one stone...ha

Second Day of Class

The second day of our class "Technology for Graphic Design" has so far consisted of creating this blog. This is the first time I have ever written a blog, and I am struggling to think of something to write about. I guess I can share the excitement we all felt when we saw our new "babies" a.k.a our iMac's. I think we were more excited to experiment with the new computers than to actually learn anything...Now that the week is coming to an end, I am growing more and more anxious about what we will be learning this semester. I will be writing two new blogs every week, so I will be able to keep this blog up to date. I hope everyone enjoys reading this, and maybe even learn something new or become more interested in Graphic Design.
